进食障碍(Eating Disorders,ED)是一种慢性的精神疾患,包括神经性厌食(Anorexia Nervosa,AN)、神经性贪食(Bulimia Nervosa,BN)和不典型进食障碍(Atypical Nervosa).它们有着许多共同特征,也可出现在同一患者身上.进食障碍好发于14～20岁的女性,目前该病在人群中的患病率为0.5%～1%,年发病率大约为5～10/100,000.随着社会发展,进食障碍的发病率在东西方国家均呈增高趋势.
